Goods must be returned within 21 daysGoods must be accompanied by an original receiptGoods must be returned in their original packaging and must not be damaged.Goods must not be used.Postage costs will NOT be covered for items being returned.Exchanges will be charged postage as follows, €15 for bikes and large boxes €10 standard packages.
We will refund to your credit card with the full amount less the original cost of postage incurred by us.
Refunds will be credited to your Credit Card or a Bank transfer can be arranged if necessary.
Refunds can only be made to the original Cardholder and on the original Credit card.
